Neuralink — Product Accessibility Consultant May 2024 – Aug 2024

Joined as accessibility subject matter expert following public advocacy work highlighting neural interface accessibility gaps. Conducted user research with assistive technology users to identify critical barriers in the N1 implant software and Link charging case.

  • Identified accessibility gaps in N1 implant software through user research with blind and low-vision assistive technology users
  • Drove hardware team adoption of tactile feedback mechanisms and voice-guided setup flows for the Link charging case
